At centrifugal forces in excess of several dozens of thousand units of gravity, small cells or nuclei and cytoplasmic components forced out of the cell, may penetrate into the adjacent cells In thlght cell sediment or in pieces of plant and animal tissues. This can be seen as a separate type of hybridization of cells, cell-to-cell transplantation of protoplasmic components, and cell fusion. The probability and conditions of centrifugal introduction of living matter or cell-to-cell transfer may depend on centrifugal force, on the size of donor and recipient cells, size, density and stiffness of subcellular components, and resistance of cell membrane. Penetration of nuclei and organelles can be facilitated by reducing the resistance of cell membrane and cytoskeleton, and by proper choice of the size and quantities of donor and recipient cells. Cellular entitles resulting from introduction and transfer of living matter may be useful for both genetic and symbiotic research.
