Este trabajo estudia la estructura metafórica de De cosario a cosario centrándose en dos campos semánticos recurrentes en la obra: el náutico y el del picar. Tras un breve estado de la cuestión, mostraremos tanto el peso cuantitativo como el funcionamiento y derivaciones de las metáforas en cuestión, que nos ayudarán a desentrañar la estructura soterrada de la comedia, así como algunas prácticas literarias de Lope de Vega. After a brief review of criticism on De cosario a cosario, we examine both the quantitative weight and the logic and derivations of the two metaphors in question, which will lead us to elucidate the play’s hidden structure and some of Lope’s literary habits.
