Das Konzept des »Information Commons« erfreut sich in Amerika großer Beliebtheit, die Fachliteratur ist voll von Berichten über erfolgreiche oder geplante Umsetzungen. In Deutschland hingegen ist der Begriff kaum bekannt. Worum handelt es sich also?
