<B>Über die Parameter im Hellmannschen Modellpotential</B>
Es werden verschiedene Parametersätze für das oft verwendete Hellmannsche Modellpotential diskutiert, die durch Variationsanpassung mit unterschiedlichen Modellwellenfunktionen bestimmt wurden. Dabei wird gezeigt, daß Slater-orbitale (STO) sehr gut als analytische Variationsfunktionen geeignet sind. Bereits mit einem einzelnen STO ergeben sich befriedigende Näherungen für die Potentialparameter.
There are several sets of parameters of the often used Hellman-like model potential discussed which had been determined by variational fitting within different basis sets. It is shown that Slater-type orbitals (STO) form a useful variational basis. There are well approximated parameter values obtainable even if only one STO is used.
