Thermodynamische Eigenschaften hochentarteter, mehrkomponentiger Plasmen
On the basis of numerical evaluations the themodynamic functions of multicomponent plasmas such as free energy, pressure and chemical potential are discussed in regions where bound states may be excluded, but at any degree of degeneration. As an example, the electron hole drop transition in an excitonic plasma in Germanium is considered.
