The cross-sections for the antineutrino process <I>&vmacr;</I> + <I>p</I> → <I>n</I>+ <I>e</I><sup>+</sup> are calculated in the theory of weak boson interaction. The dependence of the cross-section on the mass of the intermediate vector boson is explicitly shown. We assume that all form factors have the same analytic form and the same effective mass as that of the isovector part of the nucleon electromagnetic form factor.
